At the  Maremonte’ Apartment site located in Wollongong NSW, Forseight Constructions’ Development and Construction management role oversaw and managed the construction of this multi storey Unit Block  consisting of a basement carpark level,  with 24 two and three bedroom high quality apartments over 5 levels.

With efficient service provision, all works for this Project were carried out in a timely manner, adhering to all specific requests and requirements, ensuring a high quality project from start to finish.
